Piedmont Center continues to grow in occupancy and amenities. Amenities that are currently in place and available for use are
On Site Food Options
Café Magnolia – Located in Building 1 on the Plaza Level, this café offers breakfast and lunch from 7:00am – 3:00pm. Lunch menus are available upon request.
Café Jubilee– Located in Building 14 on the C Level, this café offers breakfast and lunch from 7:00am – 3:00pm. Lunch menus are available upon request.
Simmer Café – Located in Building 11 on the Lobby Level, this café offers breakfast and lunch from 7:30am – 3:30pm. Lunch menus are available upon request.
FOODA – Located in the Center (Building 2, Plaza Level) & Building 11, Ste 205, FOODA offers a variety of vendors for lunch only Tuesday & Thursday from 11:30am – 1:30pm. You can download the app to stay up to date of the lunch vendor of the day!
Foodsby – Located in the Lobby of Building 15 & the Mailroom at Building 14, Foodsby offers lunch delivery from local restaurants. Once you join the mailing list, you will receive daily emails listing the restaurants for the day. You must place lunch order by 10:30am.
The Conference Centers
Piedmont Center has a variety of meeting spaces available for reservations to accommodate your next meeting or event. Within the community there are conference spaces that seat from 12-144 people equipped with audio video capabilities and areas for catering that will meet all your needs.
TOWER 15:
Boardroom – seats 14 comfortably around a large conference table.
Training Room – seats 27 in a classroom style set up with room to add additional tables and chairs to accommodate up to 70 people (depending on room configuration).
TOWER 14:
Boardroom - seats 12 at large conference table, or can accommodate up to 30 people (depending on room configuation).
AUDITORIUM - seats 144 in a large fixed seating auditorium style with an adjustable side-table affixed to each seat for your convenience.
BUILDING 12:
Conference Room - seats 35 in a classroom style set up with prefunction space upon entry.
Fitness Centers
Our Fitness Centers are located on the Terrace Level of Buildings15, the B Level of Building 14 and the Lobby Level of Building 11 and are the perfect way to relieve stress. Features include cable TV cardio equipment, men's & women's locker rooms with showers, & a group exercise room. All centers are for Tenant use only and access is provided with an activated card/fob.
The Outdoor Patios
Beautiful outdoor patio spaces are available at Tower 14, The Fountains, The Commons and The PATIO at Tower 15 is one of the newest additions to Piedmont Center. The open space is perfect for your company’s next outdoor event. Approval for Property Management Office is required to host any event on the Patio.
The Center
This modern space is designed for you to kick back and relax on your break or after work. The Center can be used for impromptu meetings and well as XBOX tournaments. It is open from 7:00am – 8:00pm Monday - Friday. Make sure you stop by on Tuesday & Thursday because FOODA is onsite with a different lunch time vendor every week!
The Courtyards
When the weather is great, there is no better place to relax than at one of our Courtyards. The Commons Courtyard offers tables to enjoy lunch, a Bocce Ball Court & a putting green. Tabletop tennis is also available, and paddles/balls can be checked out in the security office. The Fountains Courtyard offers a serine space to have lunch or just take a break and relax to the sounds of the soothing water. Approval for Property Management Office is required to host any event in the courtyards spaces.

BLINK Electric Car Charging

The charging stations are located on the P4 Level of Building 15 and the Plaza Level of Buildings 1-4 (between Buildings 3 & 4).
SemaConnect Electric Car Charging
The charging stations are located in the parking structure at Building 10 & 11. 6 EV charging stations are available at the Building 10 parking garage on P2 level and 5 EV charging stations are avialable at building 11 on P3 level. Go to https://semaconnect.com/ for more information.
Piedmont Center Newsstand
Located on the Plaza Level between Buildings 1 & 2, next to the mail room, the Piedmont Center Newsstand has a variety of offerings including, snacks, toiletries, greeting cards, & lottery tickets. They are open from 7:00am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday.
Pressed4Time Dry Cleaning
Pressed4Time is a sophisticated dry-cleaning pick-up and delivery service. We provide families, local business and office buildings twice weekly pick-up and delivery of dry cleaning and shoe repair services our customers can depend on. Local dry-cleaning plants and cobblers do all the cleaning and repairs. You can request a pickup by calling 678-725-4201.

Car Detailing Services Include: Hand wash and vacuuming, steam cleaning, scotch guard treatment, engine clean, odor eliminator, leather upholstery cleaning and conditioning, tar/sap removal (includes re-wax), oil change, wiper replacement, and headlight restoration.
