You may always access the building through the fob/key card system, however, the building will be closed and we will not be running the HVAC systems on the following state and federal holidays, unless requested before 12noon prior to the Management Office closing:

• New Year’s Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day
