Move In procedures

Tenants moving in the building must contact the Management Office in advance for assistance in coordinating the move. Masonite must be placed on the floor when moving large or heavy items through the service corridor. A current Certificate of Insurance including all the building requirements is required from the moving company at least 24 hours in advance of the move. The freight elevator is on a first come first served basis and may not be reserved.
