Move Out Procedures

Upon termination or expiration of lease, when vacating the premises, the Property Manager will request a walk- through of the suite with a representative of your company. At this time, all keys and access cards/fobs must be returned to the Property Management Office. Mailbox keys should be placed under the mailroom door with the Move-Out Notification form. Any damages to the suite, beyond reasonable wear and tear, will be noted for billing purposes. The new mailing address will be taken for final reconciliation of any outstanding balances and security deposit refund.

All moving policies and procedures, including obtaining required insurance information and scheduling moves after hours and weekends will be enforced for move outs.
